Your Name Ring is a brand of ZILVY® (Zilver Company Limited), Bangkok, the data controller for yournamering.com.
What we collect
The name you type to see a ring, and the metal, colour and price you pick.
When you tap Order via LINE we save that choice with a short code (#YNR-XXXXXX) so our staff can find your order.
Unless you decline cookies, we also save your IP address, browser type and Meta's cookie ids (_fbp, _fbc) tied to the ad you clicked.
What you tell us in LINE (name, delivery address, phone, ring size) lives in LINE and in our invoicing system.
Why
To show the ring for your name and to make the ring you order.
To learn which names people want and to improve the site.
To measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads work (unless you decline cookies).
Who we share with
Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) receives hashed events such as an order tap or a completed purchase, with the cookie ids, for ad measurement, unless you declined cookies.
LINE carries our chat with you, under LINE's own policy.
We never sell your data and share it with no one else.
Cookies we use
ynr_consent: remembers your cookie answer (stays in your browser).
ynr_utm: remembers which ad you came from, for this visit only.
Meta's _fbp and _fbc: ad measurement, set from your first visit and stopped the moment you decline, kept 90 days.
If you decline, everything on the site still works.
How long we keep it
Typed names and order taps: no longer than 12 months.
Orders and invoices: as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (2019) you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time.
To change your cookie answer, clear this site's data in your browser and reload.

Message us on LINE and say it is about personal data. We answer within 7 days.
